Challenge
Jaguar Land Rover wanted to explore how new technology could enhance the relationship with their customers.
 
Insight
Jaguar Land Rover is a luxury brand, proud of its British heritage and keen to provide a luxury service to their customers.
 
Solution
We started with beacon technology and evolved this into hyper-location technology. By doing so we were able to offer a level of service design never seen before allowing visitors to engage before they arrive, book a VIP tour of a vehicle and collect live content in real time once on the stand. We also provided the hosts on stand with smart watches that gave them notifications of guest arrivals so a VIP service was ensured.
